CocoCaramel was founded in Inverurie in 2022 by Helen Arkwright, born from her passion for patisserie and the finest Aberdeenshire produce. Having started at local farmers' markets with cakes and jams, Helen's discovery of caramel making in early 2022 was the spark that led to the company's launch later that year.
